Isn't it bit of an exaggeration to say that "Everything" we knew about physics was wrong....?

Solar cells DON'T work on the basis of photo electric effect, Since the concept of threshold frequency doesn't come in photovoltaic effect (if we can call it that)

Hello sir, I kindly request you to please upload class 11 sessions for biology, chemistry and physics or whichever possible. I studied all my 10th by your videos on khan academy and I scored 98/100 in my boards and that was only possible because of your explanation sir. Only by listening to your voice, I feel like I've understood the whole chapter. Sir I searched for many videos for class 11 on YouTube but I am not able to understand any of them. So, I really really really want you to explain class 11 chapters. Sir, I will really be thankful (I already am) to you. It would be a great help for us sir.

Everything we knew about physics was wrong before photoelectric effect? Newton's Laws of motion was published in 1687, nearly 200 years before Heinrich's accidental discovery. Was that also wrong?

Solar cells don't work on the photoelectric effect.
