She's the only person to win a Nobel Prize in both physics and chemistry

I always hated the fact that people of her time really didn't respect her but that's the fate of every genius. People hate change and when that change is brought by a woman their hate grows twice. Looking forward to watch this

She is the one my Uncle died praising. My uncle actually had a cancer and he always wanted to salute her personally for what she has done for the world! Salute to Madam Curie. !

I want to tell you about radium, a most post peculiar and remarkable element. It doesn't behave as it should. The last delivery draws a hidden parallel with women, like her, who dared to dream. They did not behave the way society expected them to.

That’s how a biopic should be made. They just turned Shakuntala Devi biopic in a cheesy musical.

Wow man just wow. She is my biggest role model. Some might say she is a scientist as usual. But the matter of fact is, she fought with patriarchial society and became one of the greatest mind of science, got two nobels in two fields in that time when women had to suffer for mere voting rights. She was even died to radioactive exposure, that proves how much she was determined and passionate for science, never cared for her own life, so she was one kind of martyr in the name science. Hail to Marie Curie, hail to her courage, hail to her passion, hail to her determination.🙏

When I read the title Radioactive, the first thought came in mind is Madam Curie. She is a inspiration.

Among all the 'first' females in the world, Marie Curie is the most underrated.

Why Imagine Dragons is not playing over this trailer is beyond me.

I remember how much I wanted my school to be named after her, but no, they chose to name it after the pope, just like everything else in Poland. Maria Skłodowska Curie was one of the most brilliant minds to ever grace this planet and so underappreciated, as women tend to be.

Not many people know but she was a very close friend of Einstein even advising him on his personal matters.
Their chemistry or I should rather say physics was really intriguingly benevolent.
