We're going to talk about the rear naked choke, in Portuguese, the Mate Leone, the Lion Killer. We do the choke from here. Now, lets talk about what not to do. Alright, so we've all heard this.

Now, this is a neanderthal choke, not to say it doesn't work, but we've moved beyond that, we're more technical, more advanced, more leverage. Watch again. If you haven't got partner you can train on your knee band. Imagine that the knee band is opponent neck. It's great i've trained RNC on my knee band to perfection.

Hahahaa I did this with my friend and I didnt even know that its an actual thing xD

also used in another way. we put our arms underneath and between the opponent's arms and hold hands and we put them behind the neck of the opponent, in that way he cannot move his arms!
