Proper desktop posture is critical for all neck and back conditions. Forward head posture and poor ergonomics causes degeneration in the joints and discs of our spine (osteoarthrits, spondylosis, and disc degeneration). This leads to chronic inflammation of the nerves causing pain and dysfunction.

Posture matters as long as the chair allows it. Otherwise, best choice would be to change your chair, get one that's firm and ergonomic. They are pricey, but worth it.

I where progressive lenses and have to look through the bottom 1/3 of the lenses to read the screen. I have lowered my monitor as low as possible but still find myself tilting my head back and aggravating my neck. Any suggestions. Thanks!

Hello Doc. Thank you very much for all these videos. They are very helpful to people like us.

I’m a office worker who is having tremendous pain in my neck and shoulder muscles. Stiffness that some physiotherapist have called being equal to rocks. I also have muscle stretch of some sort on the temple muscles also. Sometime back I had pain going down my left hand but that’s reduced now.

I really need your help to fix myself :(
