How you can use social media to stay inspired and motivated both in your personal and professional life.

First of all, I want to talk about some advice that I always hear, which is : If social media is bothering you, then get offline and close your account but I'm going to argue that.

That's probably causing you more mental health because you're just isolating yourself from the entire world and your friends.Instead, use social media for what it was created for.

DM all the people that are connecting with you. Look at the comments! Send them a vocal message, a photo message, a video message.

The whole point is you need to start connecting with like-minded people.
