TOO EVERYONE WITH A SUPER HIGH FPS

Try "enable frame limit" (F4 or Tab keys should do)/check framelimiter in misc/CPU menu to limit the frames for normal speed :)

Thank you so much! I was about to give up on the whole thing until I saw this! It still fluctuates between 50 and 60 fps enough that I can't exactly call it "smooth", but it's a hell of a lot better than the 30 - 40 fps that I was getting before.

well on budokai tenkaichi 3 i get 100 fps at the title screen but when I get in game I get 15-30 fps and its laggy :/

Thanks to your help I can now play GT3, I still suffer from some shader artifacts but the framerate is *MOSTLY* superb, even at 2x native.

I wish you knew what a few more of these settings were for. That said I gave you a like any way because the info does cover what matters and that's getting frame rate up. Thanks for the upload mate.

I followed your settings completely, and it came out worse than I had it (stock) lol. However, keeping your settings, I just turned off the "Disable Framerating"(which originally made FFX speed up Supah fast D: ), kept EE at 1 and VU Cycling at 0, and disable game fixes. Now it works like a charm! Not much lagginess that I once had when playing FFX.

Anyhow, I managed to fix my problem by using the ATI Catalyst. I fooled around with the settings and managed to lower all gaming graphic settings, so now the game runs at an "acceptable" 50FPS. It's slow, yeah, but playable.

You mentioned upgrading to a 64-bit... I'm planning on that, but I want to avoid reformatting my almost full Hard Drive. :(
