YESSS I DID IT!!🎉🎉
unfortunately i don’t own a scale so I didn’t have any way to track my weight, but i CAN see a noticeable difference in how i look! i definitely have more of an hourglass shape and feel like i’ve gotten more toned! if you’re looking to see if you should do these pilates workouts then i would definitely recommend! also if you’re looking for faster results try to increase the amount of fruits, veggies, protein and fiber that you eat!

Doing this everyday for a week!!!

Day 1: Starting off good, no pain yet but it burned by abs off!!! Obviously no huge change yet but I hope I will see some progress after a couple days!!

Day 2: Feel energetic and good but I do hope I can change my diet also just don’t now how!!

Day 3: Felt more of a burn because I did the 5 min new stomach workout but I feel super good!!! I LOVE THESE WORKOUTS😍😍😍

Day 4: Did not want to work out since I had lots of homework but still pushed through and feel really good!!!

Day 5: Was so tired but still did it!! I’m realizing that my stomach DEFINITELY got flatter get not at snatched but still going to continue to do it!!!❤️

Day 6: OMG IM SWEATINGGG!!! I did this workout 2x and I felt more energized when I did this and I feel super good!!! One more day until I complete my goal!!! Keep going girls!

Day 7: YAYAYAYYAYAYYAY I COMPLETED MY GOAL!!!! I feel so accomplished and I hope my comment will encourage u girls to keep on going!!! I will still continue to DI this until I see more results but overall I totally recommend this video as well as the rest of them!!!🩷🩷🩷

this is my 4th day doing it(only once a day) and i already see results i didnt even change anything in what i eat. so i cab say that this is the MOST EFFECTIVE workout i have evere seen.

8/10 pretty good workouts that actually make you sweat. The only bad thing about this was how there were little to no breaks. 5 secs to move to another Position is enough

doing this for 20 days!! i’m consistent so i’ll actually upload lol

day 1:✅ I LOVED THE i’ve been seeing a lot of people get great results from this so i just wanted to give it a go!

Day 2:✅ I FREAKING LOST THE COMMENT WHY IS EVERYONE AND THEIR MOMS STARTING AT THE SAME TIME. (woo for you guys tho!!) anyways yes i completed day 2

Day 3:✅ completed, the hardest exercises to me are the plank and then the first one!! anyways i definitely feel the burn!! I have been feeling my hipbones begin to show more sense beginning this workout!! keep in mind i do other routines than this one but still this is something i noticed more sense starting this specifically

Day 4: ✅ this is usually the day workouts begin to burn less for me, but not this time!! the first exercise and the plank have become a little more bearable though luckily!! I’m starting to notice more definition in my stomach!! no middle line yet (i’ve been workout out consistently for months HOW LONG IS THIS GOING TO TAKE AUGH)

Day 5: ✅ The time on my comment is fucked up bc u technically did the last days workout at 12💀 anyways it still burns a lot and the two r slowly getting easier
Day 6:✅ i skipped a day ugh💔 but im back on schedule today so it’s okay!! anyways the burn is amazing as per usual
Day 7:✅ I added weights to the russian twists!! I like how w these exercises i can feel them a lot in my core. my legs have gotten smaller funnily enough

Day 8:✅ Amazing as per usual!! My inner thighs are specifically the parts of my legs getting smaller btw

Day 9:✅ The first exercise and the plank have become tremendously easier to accomplish!

Day 10:✅ Woooo!! day ten!! usually workouts dramatically lose burn by this point but this one hasn’t yet which is really nice!! i feel more like im achieving progress lolol

Day 11:✅ completed once more!! sorry idk what else to put lol

Day 12:✅ One thing i’ve noticed is that my stomach bloat itself has gotten smaller

GUYS THIS WORKS!!! I DID THIS FOR 29 DAYS AND THEN I STOPPED DOING IT AND I SEE THE RESULTS MY WAIST IS NOW SNATCHED AND I CAN FEEL MY HIPS(my stomach could be flatter) BUT YESS PLZ TRY IT

You guys won’t lose weight or see results within 2 days for doing any work out and if there is it would be minimal. I’ve been doing this workouts for more than 2 months I do 5 videos a day and it works wonders. I do see very fast and amazing results, but I didn’t got them in 2 days ofc Nikola is very talented and hr Pilates are truly the best I’ve seen out there, so let’s not spread misinformation that may be misleading to others! As this work outs do wonders but you won’t see results in 2 days so don’t get unmotivated! Also for you guys to see big results this work outs have to turn into a life style of healthy habits as eating healthy doing cardio and other weighted work outs and such. LYL hope this helps!! 🤍🤍

❗️100 DAYS CHALLENGE❗️

[Week 1] - 26 inches | ✅

Day 1/100 : ✅ This was definitely harder than her other vids. It burns and I can really feel it.
Day 2/100: ✅ Burns a lot more today. The Russian twists are so intense lol.
Day 3/100: ✅ It felt the same like yesterday.
Day 4/100: ✅ It felt so much easier now. I didn't struggle doing the russian twists and the 5:24 earlier. I SUGGEST stretching before doing this, because I think it helped me. If you struggle doing the reverse plank march (5:24), ONLY use your heel bone, don't press your whole foot down.
Day 5/100: ✅ I did more leg stretching before this, so I felt more tired than before. But I didn’t sweat a lot today! I’ll check tomorrow if there are changes in my body.
Day 6/100: ✅ I CAN SEE CHANGES IN MY BODY. It was bloated before but now it shrunk bit by bit.
Day 7/100: ✅ FIRST WEEK DONE. My waistline is now 24!!

[Week 2] - 24 inches | ✅
Day 8/100: ✅ Started my second week today and I am used to it now.
Day 9/100: ❎ I skipped and took a rest.
Day 10/100: ✅ I did it today and I can see slight curves forming now.
Day 11/100: ✅ Man the curves are showing????!! It gets easier if u stay consistent btw.
Day 12/100: ❎
Day 13/100: ✅ I did it TWICE today since I missed day 12.
Day 14/100: ✅ HAPPY 2 WEEKS!! Flatter stomach and curves.

[Week 3] - 24 inches
Day 15/100: ✅
Day 16/100: ✅ Dang it burns
Day 17/100: ✅
Day 18/100:✅
