The last cop was awesome, people do stupid things when they're in college. She probably didn't realize how illegal it was. I hope she learned her lesson.

I didn't realize Florida was so strict with fake ID's. In Indiana, it's a misdemeanor. Absolute worst case scenario you'll do two months in jail but it's almost always just a fine and a little probation. Hell, I used to catch fake ID's all the time when I was a bouncer and I usually just chuckled, handed them back, and pointed them to the bar down the street with the faulty card reader.

The last case was super interesting. Keep in mind, this is probably the one and only time and place where a police officer doesn’t charge you on the spot for any charges or be able to reverses the charge like that. That is incredibly rare to see, and it’s probably ingrained in the police policy to never ever take back a charge. It’s definitely a police tactic to scare students straight and never have their bowels work properly again….. she definitely had learned a hard lesson…..
