[INGREDIENTS]
8 oz. cream cheese, well softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
3-5 garlic clove, minced
2/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Gouda cheese
Pepper & Ceyanne to taste
1 (14oz) can quartered artichoke hearts, liquid drained, (chop more if you’d like)
6 oz. chopped spinach,

[RECIPE]
1.) Sauté 3-5 cloves of garlic in an oiled pan on medium-high heat
2.) Next we’ll add in our 6oz of spinach wilting it one handful at a time. (If you add too much it won’t wilt the best)
3.) Once all of our spinach is wilted we will take it off of the heat and add in 8oz of cream cheese (mix well until it’s fully incorporated into the spinach)
4.) Then we’ll add in our grated parmesan, mayonnaise, gouda & mozzarella, pepper & cayenne (mix everything until it’s well incorporated)
5.) We’ll now add it to an oven safe pan or bowl. (Optional) I added Gouda on top for some extra cheesiness. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes
6.) Dig in with some delicious Crunchmaster Avocado Toast Crackers and ENJOY!
