Small Batch Hot Artichoke Dip - super easy!

Показать описание
Simple, delicious, and just the right amount! This Small Batch Hot Artichoke Dip is meant for your next get-together, no matter how few people you’re hanging out with!
Hot artichoke dip is a favorite for watching the big game or any casual get-togethers at my place!
It’s super creamy and packs flavor, but sometimes making a full batch is just too much!
This recipe makes just enough for 2-4 people and doesn’t skimp on any flavor.
🎉A HUGE thank you to my Life of the Party level Patreon supporters. Shout out to Hannah J., Pam Z., Sheri F., Melissa F., Jay E., Keith W., Hope K., and Al F. You are awesome!
🔪--------------------------------RECIPE--------------------------------🔪
Prep Time: 10 minutes
Cook Time: 30 minutes
Serves: 2 to 4 people
✨INGREDIENTS
4 large artichoke hearts, canned in water (about half 15 oz can) 120 grams
¾ cup finely grated parmesan cheese 34 grams
½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Best Foods Brand) 114 grams
3 tablespoons finely chopped shallot (about 1 shallot) 25g
1 teaspoon dijon mustard 6g
1 teaspoon pepper 1g
Finely chopped chives to garnish
Crackers and crudites to serve
✨INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 300 degrees.
Thoroughly dry artichoke hearts and roughly chop.
Mix everything together in a medium bowl and transfer to a small oven-safe dish.
Bake until the edges are lightly browned and bubbly, about 25 minutes.
Garnish with chives and serve!
Note: I love baking and serving this in two 5-inch ramekins. They make for a pretty presentation!
