Easy Appetizers: Spinach and Artichoke Dip Recipe - Natasha's Kitchen

This Spinach and Artichoke Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with flavor! It's the ultimate party appetizer that will have everyone asking for the recipe.

Ingredients for Spinach Artichoke Dip:
►8oz cream cheese (reduced fat is ok)
►16 oz light sour cream
►1 stick (8 tbsp) unsalted butter
►1 1/2 – 2 cups shredded Parmesan cheese
►14 oz quartered artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped
►4 oz can diced jalapeños, drained
►10 oz frozen spinach (thawed and drained)
►2-3 garlic cloves, pressed

Made this today. Really good. I wanted it to really come together so I cooked it longer. That being said, over the course of about an hour I added about 2 cups of milk and let it thicken. I also added some more garlic because there really isn't a point where there's too much too me 😀.

Just made this today, it was really good. Wasn't sure about the jalapeños but it's what made it taste outstanding. It made a lot so we are going to freeze half into a baking dish and top it with cheese and bake it for our next party

This is a very simple and yum recipe! I sometimes add chopped sautéed mushrooms to this and stuff the mixture in jalapeños to make poppers! It’s delicious!
