I tried a regular recipe using a 20g coffee to 300ml water on a 20 click grind. I bloomed the coffee with 40ml water for 30 seconds, poured 260ml water then stir for 10 seconds Steep 1 minute(60 seconds) and plhnged for 30 seconds. I had to twist the plunge because it had a bit of resistance but the cup was very decent and flavorful.
