Experts are always able to find new information to share about food. Were you always taught that milk is good for our bones, that carbohydrates make us fat, that eggs are bad for us, that pineapples are grown on trees, and that we should always buy organic food? But what if we told you that this is all a huge myth?

Is milk actually good for our bones? The statement can be found on almost every milk carton out there. Calcium is important when it comes to bone health, but the truth is, reports have shown no health-related benefits of people who regularly drink milk for stronger bones. In fact, adults find it much harder to digest cow’s milk than any other alternative.

Did you know that pineapples aren’t actually grown on trees? They come from the ground and are produced by a plant with 5 foot long leaves! These plants can actually grow small flowers that produce their own pineapples! You can also easily grow pineapples indoors in just a small pot.

Is organic food really healthier? The word ‘organic’ is often associated with a statement that the product is environmentally friendlier and healthier for our bodies. While the first part is true, the second part unfortunately isn’t.

I already knew it was important to get good carbohydrates that microwaveing your food wasn't dangerous if you do it in a microwave safe plate and peanuts grew in the ground.

I knew that about the juice and breakfast is the most important meal of the day you will be weak and tired with out breakfast and I don't believe in palio or anything that tells you to skip meals.

Carbohydrates do make you fat - if they're sugar based. When you check a food label, check the carbohydrate section AND the sugar section. So I guess the reality is that sugar makes you fat.

MILK OR MEAT ISNT HEALTHY FOR U. I'm vegetarian not vegan tho. I don't rly eat dairy unless it's cheese and sometimes yogurt. Also like cake and stuff.

Plant your own Pineapple - -. do you know the fact that Pineapple took 1-2 year before it will bear the Flower. and catoon only bloom 1 for it live time to produce 1 pine apple fruit per week how many you have to plant those ? and also pineapple is cheap

Carbs can be found in vegetables. SHame on you for saying this about carbs. There are essential fats and essential proteins but there are no essential carbs. Carbs include too much sugar and starch and this is what people will eat to ruin their health.
