The one silver lining is Hurricane Milton only passed over Florida west to east, instead of going up the east coast into other states already hit by Hurricane Helene.

Maybe not but there was more and extra damage than Florida needed . Life was already a struggle for so many and now that insurance companies dropped people after Helene, it’s going to be so difficult to come back .
And just because YOU stand there with everything YOU need for YOUR family … MANY will STRUGGLE! SO don’t make it sound like it is not a BIG DEAL …
Further more, you might have to get someone to answer your phone because you will not be able to do restoration alone

DeSantis should have been preparing for these inevitable hurricanes instead of worrying about drag shows and what books people are reading. He should have been legislating insurance reform and creating a disaster fund. Floridians get what they deserve by electing this fool.
