Hey, man, good video, I just watched a video by Grant Abbitt where he said he "can never remember" if the scale is 100 or 1000 when exporting an STL from Blender. Found yours by looking for the answer. You got it, right! I also found out that you can avoid adjusting the scale every time during export by having the scale in Scene Properties set to 0.001 and changing "Length" to mm, then save as default file in File > Defaults, that way you don't have to repeat the steps every time!
