I think the best and cheap to begin today is looking for builded 1100mp or 1500mp fleets on the market, take them with a high level already (Level 11 minimum, this gives you 20% more Etl on win), also, choose the fleets with contract days and fuel so it's a ready to run ! Take then with less workers possible... it may take time, but making the math you win money, it will be 1 unic transaction fee by fleet !! Remember each transaction is 0.40$ in BNB so building a 1100mp fleet would be like 20 to 60 transactions, depending on the chance you have when you buy workers ...
If your project is growing more and more with the time and building more teams/fleets . Begin the first day to bluid mini-teams, small cheap fleets of like 300mp with 2 or 3 workers, and run them everyday to grow them the level each expedition... so when you make them grow, they allready have good level = more Etl win !

How can I tell if my workers are tired? Or if I'm experiencing a true error?

why are they shilling CryptoMines you need 0.4 BNB for gas fee just to buy a fleet and buying a fleet is the better move and the higher the price of eternal goes the less you pay in eternal for every thing and every thing you do they charge you, so you need 500USD if you going to start this game but you would make it back in 18 days or less.
