Excellent information and well presented! By simply watching this, I was able to clarify and solidify my approach to my next round interview. I’ve interviewed with the recruiter, the hiring manager, two technical peers and will be speaking with the hiring manager’s director tomorrow.
I am really focusing on the third point of “good fit “.
I believe the bulk of capable and interested have been accomplished through the first three rounds of interviews. While I am definitely comfortable summarizing those points, I believe focusing on fit/company culture/chemistry is most likely more important to a higher up like a Director.

How can a candidate show *genuine* interest and passion about the organization's goals, mission etc. when those goals, mission etc. are mostly PR BS and are in no way genuine?
I've worked in several companies big and small, and found that good employers who treat the personnel in a decent way regardless of position in the hierarchy and have a good work atmosphere – are usually *not* the ones that post their missions, visions, pseudo-goals and pseudo-virtues all over the place to look good
