Kung Pow Chicken Wings In Ooni Koda 16

Laurie and I often take advantage of the Ooni Koda 16 oven warm up time to reheat appetizers we make in advance for our pizza parties. In this video we see how long it would take to cook chicken wings from a cold oven start. Can they cook in under 20 minutes which is the typical warm up time to get the oven ready for pizza.

What is your preference moving forward regarding heating up the grizzler plate or cast iron pan before adding meat as opposed to letting everything heat up at the same time?
