Chicken: 340g (12 oz)
Garlic: 2 large cloves, sliced
Chilli pepers: 1/2 cup, cut to desired length
Sichwan peppercorn: 1tsp/5g
(0.175 ounce)
Fried Peanut : 2 ounce

To 12 oz chicken pieces, put salt, 1 tbs soy sauce, 1/2 tbs shaoxing coking wine, 1Tbs water & cornstarch and marinade.

Prepare sauce:
Sugar: 1 Tbs (15g)
Sweet Black Rice Vinegar: 1 Tbs
Soy sauce: 1 Tbs
Shaoxing wine: 1 Tbs
Cornstarch: 1 Tbs
Chicken broth: 2 Tbs

Funny story: i went to china discovering the awsome dish of Kung Pow Chicken. Later back in Sweden i went to a local chinese restaurant asking them to make me a kung pow chicken bow, they had no clue what i was talking about even though they where chinese. Chinese food in sweden are mostly the same asian indpired dishes in all chinese restsurants. A shame you cant get real chinese food here, the food in china was fantastic.
