My version of... Kung Pao Chicken Wings..( see the description box of this video..)

Kung Pao Chicken : An Authentic Chinese Recipe and is a spicy chicken dish with peanuts..
However my version is not too much spicy so kids can take it
Serves : 4
Ingredients :
8pcs whole chicken wings( cut into drumettes)
2 tbsp cooking oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 tbsp finely chopped ginger
1/2 tsp peppercorns or ( ground black pepper)
1tsp sesame oil
some spring onions (scallions)
green and white part separated
2 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
Methods:
Marinate chicken wing with 1 tbsp of honey, 1 tbsp light soy sauce, and 1 tbsp of shaoxing rice wine, allow to marinate for 20 - 30 mins.
Sauce mixture :
1 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp white sugar
1/4 cup water
1 tsp cornstarch
Step #1
Preheat oven first.. Both fan
Spread out the wings on a baking tray and roast in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through and golden.
Step#2
Heat the oil in a wok over medium high heat. Add the garlic, ginger, white part of scallion., peppercorns, chilli stir fry for a while until fragrant then add sauce mixture. Add the chicken and roasting juices into it and stir fry until the sauce is thicken. Drizzle over the sesame oil and toss through the green scallion.. Remove from the heat.
Serve sprinkled with peanuts and serve hot..
