Oh! what a surprise! I didn´t know that Phil Collins join this tribute band "The musical box", I am very happy of that, it shows how an open and nice persons are Steve Hackett and also Phil Collins, I am very glad of that, really.

Phil was a brilliant drummer, one of my favourite in fact, I remember the early days when they got started around Guildford when you could see them at the College or the University for about a £1, Phil used to a do backing vocals for Peter. He had a boom mic and after he finished singing he would swing the mic out of the way and get down to business on the drum kit, and what a drummer he was.

Like a lot of people on this post, I was not aware that Collins had ever indulged in anything like this, I cannot abide his work with Genesis after 77, but as a drummer in the Gabriel era he was superb - kudos to him for participating. He has risen in my expectations.

Usually old prog rocker shows are nostalgic but a let down performance wise. In contrast, I HIGHLY recommend seeing Steve Hackett's show if you can.
