If you put the race in the freezer overnight the cold will shrink them a bit. Easier to install. Love watching your videos. Striving for perfection seems to be the motto of your operation.

Johnny is on it he knows what he’s doing on the tire changer and the bearings in the drum hubs 🎉

Put the top shoe on, hang your two springs, attach the bottom shoe to the springs and swing it up into place, attach the single spring, use a bar to lift each shoe to install your rollers

I’m fairly new to the channel. I’ve never met John before, but he definitely has some hustle in him.👍🏽

Try D and S tire. They are in Nebraska. They will rebuild your tracks at a fraction of the cost of new. If nothing else for a spare set.

I love the intro where your father's telling the concrete driver go go and he's signaling stop😂😂😂

Just a suggestion: when u do bearing races put the race in the freezer for a couple hours. The race will shrink enough to drop in.

To make working on the hubs easier turn you old drum on its side and just put the hub in the top so it holds it and protects your threads from damage. Also a solid object to hit against and not damage the concrete

If you put the races in the freezer and warm up the hub things work so well Dougo won’t even in the keys to the struggle bus. The longer you can leave the race in the better it will work

FYI lay the wheel drum flat on ground put Hub in wheel holes then you won't have to hold it and be more stable.

Put races (or bearings as applicable) in the freezer overnight and they will drop right in. Alternately, heat up the hub for a similar result.

When we used to replace bearing raises, we used a CO, 2 fire extinguisher to fast shrink them and they use to drop right in.

Apparently the freezer method for bearing races has not been brought to your attention 😊
