I am 62 years old and thanks to you, this is the first time I have ever made PERFECT Buttermilk Biscuits. Thank you so much for posting this :) I even made my own Buttermilk. Grating the butter was so much easier to mix. Then, I put the whole bowl into the freezer for 15 minutes before cutting them out. Oh, I never knew you weren't supposed to TWIST the cutter! I cut the bottom off a large Mrs Dash bottle to use as a cutter ... it was perfect. The mayo on top was just amazing! Thank you, again, for sharing this.
