👉 How to FIX Echo dot that has STOPPED Responding -
Press & hold microphone off & volume down buttons for 20 seconds. Then, the reset process should start. Wait 1 minute. The Orange light means Echo Dot is in the Setup mode! Open "Amazon Alexa" app. You can download it from App Store.
IMPORTANT: Make sure your phone is near to the Echo Dot.
After opening Alexa app, wait for some time until it automatically detect Echo Dot.
After resetting Echo Dot & connecting to WiFi, it needs to update. Let Echo Dot finish updating
