It worked fine before I unplugged the wifi modem and the camera. Now the light is only red, not blinking and cannot find the wifi. I have restarted both many times.

The camea screws are horrible. So am I supposed to climb up to the camera on the wall, remove and tiny screws and reboot… I practically have to take the installation down from 3 meters high… 😢

Купил такую камеру вчера. Комплект полный, упакована хорошо. Питание от блока питания в комплекте. Не сразу смог подключить, лучше делать все по этому мануалу, что на видео, но долго думала и только с третьей попытки подключилась.

Please advise, I have a Tapo C500 Security Camera. Sometimes the person detection dosen't work when someone is passing from the marked zone. Also I have installed the camera on front of the house and wanted to cover front porch and a part of the road where I have parked my car. The problem is that the camera can cover either road or my front porch, so if I keep the camera view on the road and mark the front porch with turning on motion detection then would it be possible for the camera to move from road angle to porch angle and then go back to the same position??

A câmera é uma bosta. Funciona dois ou três dias, acende a luz vermelha, perde a conexão e dá status de desligada. Aí têm que resetar e tentar reconectar, o que é extremamente difícil, pois localiza a câmera, conecta na rede, mas não faz o pareamento. Se você quer viajar e monitorar a câmera desista, a cada dois dias tem que resetar.

Do not buy TP-Link Tapo cameras. Their software is not compatible with a number of SD card manufacturers (Including Samsung)
