4- it will take some time, so give yourself a time .

6- always learn from others for example slangs and interesting vocabulary etc

According to my experience i m introvert type in few groups and extrovert type in many groups where I speak a lot and people like to talk with me, if i don't speak they start asking why u r quite and the difference I feel is in which field i m good i have confidence but in which field i m weak i don't talk much, so it's all about being good in that field then only confidence comes, when u know u have something to discuss then only u will talk, that's the only thing.

The best way to look attractive and confident is to be natural. Leave all the methods of talking speaking. Speak like you normally do. This will give natural flavour to your communication and hence led to powerful personality. Because you show what you are and thats completely ok. A lot of hackers are generally shy and less talkative that doesn't mean they dont have confidence this means they are just natural. So if any person judge them shy so what. They are showing what they are and not changing their natural way of communications... I have even a lot of opp sex freinds and i once felt why they became friend with me first than other boys and i found that they love the natural version of person not the one who are faking or trying to impressing.
