I absolutely love this guy, i had Astarion with me and pretended not to know what was happening until the last bit, when I went something like "that sucks man, hey you should meet my pal Astarion". My whole party was mad, but man was it worth it to see Astarion's reaction.

This interaction with Astarion in the party is so funny especially if he tells you he's a vampire before you meet the hunter, going through the dialougues right can give you the option to tell Astarion "I knew you were a jackass, but a racist? I'm shocked" and I almost fell out of my chair from laughing so hard😂

You didn't have Astarion with you?! Are you for real?!? It's hilarious having him with you when you meet the hunter! I saved and reloaded multiple times cause it was funny! The interaction between Astarion and the character is funny! It's even funny when you leave the hunter alone 😂

I’m honestly very jealous watching someone discover this naturally, idk when I found out but knew about astarion before so didn’t get a “whaaa?” Moment. Very enjoyable nonetheless

No no, it's better to let him live, because he will come back in Act 3 and he will be relevant to Astarion's quest there (plus, depending on your choices, there's a scene you get in the sewers if he's alive)

Astarion stole his tribe’s children for Cazador. He assumes that the Gur hunter is there to bring him back to Cazador. He’s not. He’s there to try and get Astarion to the tribe so he can lead them to where the children are.

I like the one line from Astarion in this scene where tab says something like “at least he’s just a spawn.” And Astarion responds with something like “idk I bet he could still kill you.”
