I had the same problem with ambetter dental, called pages of dentists none took ambetter despite being listed on approved provider list. I was also lied to by ambetter and filed an insurance complaint which was dismissed because ambetter lied again. I begged the ins commission to listen to recorded calls, didn't happen. No one cares.

Yes! Do not mess with this company. They get a zero rating from me. I'm exploring taking legal action on this company.

I applied for this for the money card which I really needed and it never be came😢

I paid their premium and they took the money out my bank account though their system won't apply it to their system, they say I owe them three times my premium now and I've only been with them 12 days.

The whole process has been a mess, their customer service doesn't tell you the truth at least they say one thing and do another, my account is currently suspended even though I paid them. This thing is a sham.

I've not seen the primary Dr assigned. However, it has covered my rx and my current psychiatrist, other than the $10 co-pay. I have had only problems attempting to use the visa rewards from ambetter

Ambetter has me paying $900 a month for me and my toddler, and they literally said that his pediatrician never sent them a claim for an appointment, when i know the doctor did because i saw the paper work. Now i owe the doctor over $100 when it should have been covered by ambetter!!!!

Also...my Dr-nor pharmacy are 'in-network'. Not anywhere I can find, anyhow

All Ambetter is doing is charging us and the government then they don't pay period. The copay that is charged, 40 for PCP and 90 for specialists doesn't count for nothing not deductable nothing. I pay 50 per month plus what they get from the government. A few months ago I took my wife to EMT specialist, had to change Dr because Ambetter only has one in our area. When I received the bill I would have been better off going to her original Dr. The bill was nearly 200 and when we went to her original Dr he said it would be 200 because they didn't accept Ambetter.

Also, the only psychiatrists that take ambetter in my county is well star, and wellstar psychiatrist arent taking new patients.

They sold my information and now i have people calling me left and right trying to sell me insurance. My mom has it and it paid for her prescription so I figured I’d try.. well i advise anyone, DO NOT TRY.
