Today I'll be talking about how to make sure you are claiming everything you are entitled to. About £10 billion worth of benefits go unclaimed every year, so it's well worth checking if you could be entitled to more.

As always, if you find this information, please do like the video and subscribe.

Thanks for posting this information, it's Great that you are making such an effort as it will undoubtedly help out those who may be struggling financially right now in these difficult and challenging times. Educating people clearly about all the help currently available is commendable and I for one appreciate this. 👊💯

I pay £10.07 to BT for my landline and broadband. I’m on Universal Credit. It’s well worth applying. It’s also a simple process; just provide BT with the relevant evidence. Obviously you pay for any landline calls, but it gives you a number at least and £10.07 is a bargain for Broadband.

🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼Thank you ever so much for making this video. It's not always possible to remember all this info when your mind is busy thinking surrounded by chaos. This video allows you to pause and deal with each option as you're filling out forms and applications.
You have thoroughly offered all the possible ways to help us out.

Could you please create a video about migration to universal Credit. I've just received a letter informing me that I will recieve a letter telling me when to apply for migration. I am concerned about cutbacks and being paid less, also non payment during migration process. How will my family survive, got loads of overhead costs and household of 3 young kids.

🙏 create a video addressing my concerns.

Carers allowance is complicated - there are all kind of hacks such as legitimate work expenses that can be deducted from your pay - such as a lease car on PCP you need for your job or a mileage or meals allowance, half your pension contributions, any tax and NI etc - and also, dont forget that the earnings threshold means just that - it only counts earned income - not unearned income from, e.g., a workplace pension or income from premium bonds or investments.
If your income rises, it is usually better to top up your pension contributions - most schemes allow this.

EE has home essentials a low income option for people on UC ect. I think that £15 pcm is ok for a basic broadband service. If there's any better deals please let me know.

Ive just found out that if you get put over to universal credit from legacy benefits that you will lose your widowed parents benefit. I was absolutely gobsmacked since child maintenance isnt cointed yet a wodowed oarents payment is. I feep sick to my stomach and sad.

My gas bill is 70% standing charge the other part is what INEED to cook an heat water only, of all my costs the council tax is the biggest part of my pension going straight back to the ‘consolidation fund’ to pay pet projects like Ukraine.

People on various benefits seem better off than a lot of Pensioners! If you have done the right thing and saved for your retirement, you will have to pay for everything and get taxed on top of that! The Pension system in this country is a racket! If you get virtually only one benefit, this seems to open the door to many savings that pensioners who have saved and sacrificed cannot get, in fact they pay tax to pay benefits to people who are better off than them! The so-called 10% rise that pensioners are to receive is a ‘con’, as tax has to be paid on it and all other pensions that we have paid into. This results in a fraction over only 6% rise!
