You have to do what you have to do. You’re not always going to do everything exactly right all the time. Main thing is you got it back up and running. Dude I feel for ya. When my son was smaller he was all the time getting me sick. Great video brother.

Gotta do what you gotta do. We'd all like it to be the most amazing job we ever did. That is almost impossible nowadays. Customers don't want to pay us for it usually. You did what you had to do within the confines of the customers budget. Bravo Adrian

If the system is MT you could have added a service port on low side at condenser.2 cents.

I literally just started a job with a company that has been doing a horrible job maintaining BARD units and I'm primarily dealing with filthy coils and low charge issues. The company has the most intense safety and company policy program in place yet they aren't providing me the things I need to execute. I've been forced to use some of my own gear despite the company having a corporate policy of supplying all tools. I have a really good leak detector yet I haven't been able to ID a single leak. I don't know anything about any of the maintenance history on any of these units which is wild considering how rigid they are regarding following procedures. I suspect some charge issues are attempts to control head pressure because coil conditions are that bad but there have got to be leaks I can't locate with my Elitech. I've already requested being issued a fluorescent dye setup because it is a step in their leak detection procedure. Is it considered bad practice to rely more heavily on oil dyes and UV lamps?
