I would have to say your maple bourbon sauce would be absolutely amazing on there. For the simple fact it’s pork belly.

Definitely buying your maple burbon bbq sauce now. I love anything maple! One of the best flavors ever. I just wish crown royal still made their maple crown still 😭

I have done the maple bourbon burnt ends a couple of times. They were hard to beat. Last time I wanted something different and did a honey soy with spicy honey.. I didn't think the maple bourbon could be beat, but the honey soy could be better. It is worth trying if you can.

Could you try the foil boat method with the pork belly. It works so well with Brisket, Pork Shoulder, and Ribs. Give it a try.

3:35 — I have a chunk of pork belly in my freezer that I’d love to try this with. Instead of wrapping it in foil, could you put it in a foil pan and cover it tightly?

Pellet smoker? Methinks that looks a lot like the Masterbuilt Gravity-fed.
Anyway, this may sound weird but there is something called Mang Tomas All Purpose Sauce that is amazing on pork roasts. I think it would be great on this pork belly. My parents are filipino and it is a staple over there.
For the weak hearted, Just taste the sauce, before reading the ingredients.

For everyone thinking of trying this, it's an appetizer at best for a large party. You will not be able to sit down and eat any significant portion of it as a main course. There is simply too much fat. You will become ill. Just consider that before you waste your day cooking it like I did
