Friday night at midnight I made the mistake of watching this video. My Wife was out of town, and I had thick pork chops brining in the fridge. Finally, at 1 a.m. I realized there was no way I was going to sleep without a full dinner. I wasn't even hungry! At 3 a.m., I ate a wonderful meal. It was 4:30 a.m. before I got back to sleep. Your videos should come with a warning message! Now it's 1:15 a.m. Monday and my weekend rhythm got all screwed up.
I'm going to drag my tail all day tomorrow, and I blame you for making these videos of beautiful food.

I find myself smiling all the while I'm watching your videos! 😀 Thank you! You are my "go to" instructor whenever I am venturing into the unknown when smoking or BBQ. Thanks! I am strict Keto do to health circumstances so, I have to modify your rub and BBQ sauce recipes but the protein prep instruction are unbeatable. On second thought, maybe you and Todd should look into low carb variations on you recipes. I think there is a niche out there?

making these right now... the first time doing this...on my Weber Summit...using your rub, but a different glaze...thank you for this simple but decadent recipe...well, I'll find out how decadent soon enough. :-)

I have to try this the only thing is i would use a homeade Carolina gold bbq sauce i make 🤤 or a bourbon bbq sauce

I like to cook diced up pig skin with pinto beans as is or I will turn it into baked barbecue beans. What do you do with the skin?
