Tanks today are out of date like battleships! There is no need for main battle tanks today - except to fight terrorism! Main battle tanks have no fututre and chance in war with modern airfighter plane tank killers that kills expensive tanks today without any problems!
 So - why should build a nation today useless and too expensive tanks? Maybe the russians because the russians had always dreamed to live better in the past than in future! Even the germans today do not build new and expensive Leorpards! They have enough! The glorious time of the battle tanks is past today! Today the new leopard was made only to fight terrorism attack - but never a battle tank war! This is the reason why the Leopard is so successfully today because you need today a fast tank - a Blitzkrieg tank - that can more than only to dive and that had all modern electronics to find out terroism camps as fast sa possible.
This is the problem of the T14! T14 is a very good tank - maybe the best tank today of the world - but out of date. The russians had forgotten today we need no tanks to fight a battle but to fight terrorism!
