T-14 Armata - Best Tank in the World?

Is the Russian T-14 Armata the best tank in the world? First publicly revealed in 2015, it started as a project to break away from Soviet-era tank conventions. Its design, with its long box turret and seven road wheels, is a departure from its predecessors, but it’s what’s inside that really counts.
The gun is a remotely-controlled 125mm 2A82-1M smoothbore, which boasts fully-automated loading and can also fire laser-guided missiles. The Armata’s secondary weapons include the Kord 12.7mm machine gun or PKTM 7.62mm machine gun.
The Armata has a crew of three and is equipped with overlapping systems to protect them. Its low silhouette makes it harder to target. The crew also sits in a protective capsule that is isolated from the tank’s loader and magazine. The capsule is made of composite materials and specifically designed to protect the crew from anti-tank fire. The Armata’s front also has defense systems to counteract anti-tank weaponry, such as RPGs.
The T-14 has suffered multiple delays, but Russia claims it will enter full service by 2024.

None have been sent to Ukraine where Russia has lost about 400 tanks (apparently over 1000 now!). You'd think they'd send their best in to "finish the job". But we've not seen any evidence of the mythical T-14. So I'm gonna say: No.
