I find meal kits have really help us to eliminate processed foods in our diet. I am learning that pan roasting meals saves time because veggies and protein can be roasted together. These tossed with olive oil and herbs add great flavor. The cleanup is easier too.
Now about that skull….

Can you please do a video on seed oils and also a video on artificial sweeteners/ diet sodas paired with glucose raising foods, how pairing them somehow trains your body to eventually spike insulin when consuming the diet sodas alone in the future? lol thank you
