Yes they will because all their learned patterns and behaviours are socially unacceptable so they will get spit out by everyone when they are older and get more pains they will show their narcissism more and more until they die Alone... Watch out with family members as they tend to be more clingy towards you and more abusive also it can slip in more because they are relatives recognize the patterns and behaviour and distance yourself quickly before it's to late. better get hurt in the beginning then in the end

My brother and I have cut all communication with our 75 year old narcissist father. No one else in our family talks to him either. He has no involvement in his grand children’s lives, nor any other family. He is a horrible toxic person. He is getting his karma now.

My stbx overt mil already got her karma. She made her husband kill himself. I bet she’s terrified inside but as her ego was inflated, she blamed her husband instead. Then, she moved in with us, now her covert narc son discarded me and our daughter. She sees her son and my daughter as her extension, literally stole my role all the time. She gaslighted, guilt tripped, triangulated everyone in the family. Now she has to live by herself. Her son will never live with her again.
