I believe that they suffer every day living with themselves. I left my Narc after 18 years, he put me through a year of hell then he went quiet. My son says he is drinking heavily every day and he sleeps all day because he’s been furloughed from work, that’s his karma.

I doubt that I will see the karma of the former groomer in my life eight years ago. Even now, people are feeding me unnecessary news about the ex-groomer narcissist, and I have to block them one by one. But I take comfort in the fact that I am the one who got away. I can now live the life I want, without anyone trying to ruin it.

instead of feeling bad about him having a new supply, I feel bad FOR the new supply. He is going to make her feel so great, just like he did to me a year ago, but I feel so bad for her because she has no clue that he's doing nothing but mirroring her. I pray that she escapes like I did, she doesn't deserve the pain he is about to cause her. It's insane how the narc makes us think we finally found true love only to cause the deepest trauma of our lives.

The man who was suppose to be my father is a sociopath/ narcissist. He crossed sacred boundaries with his daughter, me, and even sexualized me. Stripped the entire family of joy and happiness with his selfishness and his darkness, pessimism, misery, violence, dominance, and continues to create chaos in other peoples lives by playing mind games to try and break their spirit and still feel in control. When they used to rage for no reason, always playing the victim to get supply, never content, never happy, always paranoid, always resentful, always frustrated, always jealous, and most of all, always bored with everything, their romantic partner (you), their friends, their job, their place of living, their hobbies, everything, probably even themselves.
I you manage to look behind the false character they showcased you in the beginning, you will realise that their life is hell... Their life, it's their karma.
