I've started jogging/running for the past 10 days, but I haven't changed any of my eating habits. I already feel a difference in my body, but the scale isn't going down yet😅

If I lift and run both at 4-5x a week and burn around 3k cals a day but consume 2k is good for fat loss correct ? I’m also eating 180g protein and lift with intensity at 70-80% f my max for every exercise

Lol if only it was just About caloric deficit we’d all be fit or skinny .. it’s 2024 man, we already know it’s not that simple

Im struggling - I used to weight 57kg now I weight 70kg. This is mostly due to going to the gym to lift heavy weights. Ive gained a lot of muscle in the last 2 years however I still feel I look flabby and would like to lower my body fat percentage. I try to eat healthy and eat 2 meals per day with fruit and musli bar in-between. If I ran everyday even 20 min would that help show my muscles?

What people like yourself get wrong is that it's not all about losing weight. People need to be informed that simply because you look good/lean, it does not mean that you're healthy. Running is vital for everyone, regardless of one's goal.
