If they break up then you should go talk to her. There's nothing wrong with approaching her once she gets out of her relationship. Let her know that you like her and make that statement known.

I'd say the biggest problem isn't being afraid to talk to a girl who has a boyfriend. That just means you're shy. The hardest part is how to casually ask her/find out if she has a BF at all.

I have a good friend, she's in a relationship, and I sense she has feelings, but of course she says she's happy with her boyfriend. I have expressed my feelings quite a lot of the time to her. She knows and she's confused and shocked! 

However if a girl in a relationship, it's best to avoid it altogether, being friend zoned isn't always a bad thing. Lots of friendships turn into relationships, the biggest problem is if you like a girl who is already in a relationship, it's better to leave it, because knowing you can't be with that girl, hurts and in fact can make you feel negative, which of course doesn't help the situation or you.

So there is this girl who seems to have had a serious relationship with her boyfriend. I am a junior in high school and she is a freshman. She is quite popular and pretty. I don't know the boyfriend. I didn't do shit my first semester my freshman year so I decided to retake algebra 1 which she is in too that is how we met. She likes some of my old photos on instagram. I start liking her instagram photos She gives me the eyes. She has even gave me the eyes a few times when I was walking down the hallway right behind her boyfriends back. Then the teacher almost never gives us time to turn us loose and do the classwork ourselves. So we kinda didn't talk for a couple months. Then on this magical week before christmas me my friend who is a sophmore, her and one of her friends sit together and talk and have fun. She then proceeds to like every single photo of mine on instagram. Since I am pretty smart I get straight A's and I am on the robotics team and I get 100% on all these easy algebra one test that I should've done when I was a freshman. My friend who I fucking love OMG I would've never had the balls to ask my self. He makes the suggestion of me tutoring her. She doesn't do very good. She said she was interested in me tutoring her. I write down my phone number on a piece of paper I give it to her she just puts it in her binder. She asked in a happy tone is this your number and I said yes. Is it that big of a deal if she didn't just put her number in her phone? She even asked her boyfriend if I could tutor you I shit myself when she told me he said it was perfectly fine. Did I take it to far by giving her my number? I am kinda worried I ruined it. She still hasn't sent me a message
