Ohio teens ask girl to prom as if it was medieval England

This prom proposal carried out by a group of friends in Findlay, Ohio, is like something from medieval England.

Gavin Gallig enlisted the help of his friends RJ Coldren, Ethan Bauer, and Damon Gasser in asking his 17-year-old girlfriend Gianna Masterlasco to prom.

The footage recorded by the girl's dad, Patrick Masterlasco, on April 25 shows the group turn up outside the house as if they were on horseback with Gillig as the prince.

Coldren then reads out a message which ends with Gianna Masterlasco of Liberty-Benton High School being asked to prom.

The princess's dad told Newsflare: "Got a text to open the front door and was not expecting this. They had one rehearsal and decided to just go for it.

"The messenger also just said everything from his head because he had no script to read!

"The costuming and little details add it all! Prom is on May 6, 2023."
