3+ way data table sensitivity in MS Excel.

How to create a 3 way ( or 4 or 5 or more) what-if data table in MS Excel using the data table tool which normally only allows for a 2 way data table.

Very Nice video. I do this Using Crystal Ball MC simulations, so I'll try this option to see whats more practical/faster.
Any idea on how to Automate the scenario creation? The MC simulation makes it on a blink, but has its own problems as well.

Tried the spreadsheet but somehow is not working. When Data table is used specifying column ref as C10, same payment value i.e .836.44 is repeated for all scenarios.May be myself missing somewhere.
