the customer is usually wrong. working at mcdonalds made me hate people so much more. they're always wrong haha

The customer is always right... in matters of taste. That means that if the customer wants to buy that hideous orange and purple hat with brown feathers because it suits their aesthetic, they are not to be corrected, because they are right.
If, however, the customer says to an employee "you need to go back to where you came from, " that customer is wrong and a jerk.
