Suspect’s Racist Rant at In-N-Out Burger Caught on Tape: Cops

Arine Kim and her friend Elliot were at an In-N-Out Burger in San Ramon, California, on Christmas Eve when they say they were verbally attacked with racist and homophobic slurs by another customer. The pair uncomfortably laughed at first, while the man spoke to them. Kim then realized the incident was escalating. The video was shared on social media, and the suspect was later arrested. I seen this video on tiktok first and was in absolute shock. The way he really stood there being racist & also homophobic— he went as far as to say he was a “slave master.” He shouldn’t be out of jail.

This video shows how traumatic such incidents can be for the victims. They were minding their own business and were verbally assaulted. So glad it is on video for people to see and to be used by the police to charge the offender.

Harassment such as this should be 5 years in prison without parole. A message must be sent to these jerks that think they are superior to others and they can do whatever they want.
