In defence of the woman barking back at the dogs: I’d be a little pissed if I can’t walk down the sidewalk and have to actually go onto the road because someone chose to tie up their two big dogs right there. I’m a Doberman owner and I would not do this to people. It’s intimidating when you do not know the dogs.

I hate that she did nothing and the dogs started barking at her, and the owner EGGED IT ON. As a dog trainer thats gross. You dont tell your dog "Get her" if they bark at someone or run at them. You correct that behavior because someone could get seriously hurt.

I have actually met a person like this that rented property and tried to run the neighborhood for people on their homes. She was was told by the landlord that she rented from that he was selling the home and she had 30 days to move.
