Sometimes it surprises me how much I have changed throughout the years it seems like you are the last person to notice your own overcomings and personal growths, but when someone points it out to you it's such a great feeling. I never imagined i'd become the person I am today based on shyness and anxiety, crazy how far you can go when you follow the advice you talk about in this video!

I am going to be a sailing instructor this summer. And I find it soooo scary but I am challenging myself because I love sailing. I even find it very difficult to talk in front of a group, this year I am going to do it and I am going to teach children how to sail. I am so nervous and excited at the same time. This is the first time I ever do something like this and it feels amazing.
