Hi thanks for the tutorials! I do lives on youtube and wanna start using the HDMI III to show videos from my laptop to the Yolobox. I just tried it and the video comes through just fine but when I plug my heaphones to the jack to monitor the audio I noticed there's no audio. Any idea how to fix this please?

Thank you so much for this video. But my Yolobox Pro was recognizing my camera for months. I have used it to stream live several times, however after a while it no longer recognizes the camera, it shows a black screen each time I connect the camera to it. I use a Canon EOS 750D camera. I have also upgraded my Yolobox Pro software to the latest version, I don't know if this is the fault. I have done some of the. tests recommended in this video, e.g. testing the physical outputs of the Yolobox and it works fine, but once I connect the camera, I don't see any visuals. Please help me as this is very frustrating and limiting the live streaming of our synagogue. I really hope I can get a response ASAP. Thank you!

Hello: I have a canon xf605 and I am not able to connect to the yolo liv. I have tried all the options you mentioned but none work. I am very disappointed. Do you know if the yolobox pro could work better? I saw a comment below saying that E-M1 Mark iii works fine with the pro version but not the basic version. Please help me out.

My HDMI 2 port isn’t connecting to my Sony ZV1 or ZV1F. Port 1 and 3 work totally fine.

Anthony, can you PLEASE do a test and reply here for me? I'm trying to use "Remote Guests" to invite remote speakers to a live feed, but the remote guests ONLY can hear each other and no sound from the YoloBox. They can see the selected video in the YoloBox but despite of the audio source selected in the mixer section they only hear audio when another "Remote Guest" is selected. None of the HDMI's and SD card videos is sent to the guests, but is heard perfectly in the Livestream and the Headphone output on the YoloBox. Without this, the remote guests can't hear the host and the will not know when are they time to speak. I'm trying to open a BUG report but YoloBox person are not willing to believe me.

I connected yolobox pro to NIKON D7000 via mini hdmi to hdmi cable, but when I record, there is no audio recorded by yolobox.

But when I connect a external mic to yolobox it records the audio.

The issue here is that yolobox is not recording the audio from NIKON D7000 camera’s inbuilt mic and even if i connect a external mic to the camera, yolobox does not record the audio. It is only recording the audio if I connect a mic directly into yolobox.

So is it an issue with the camera or the yolobox I do not know.

Kindly advise.

Hi, I can’t connect my yolobox pro to my atamos ninja v. You say to change the usb output to DP and use the usb out port, but the atamos ninja only has hdmi input. I have tried using a usb c to hdmi cable but still the atomos says no input.

Idk if anyone will see this seeing as this is a few months old but I have the yolobox pro and was gonna stream a game from my ps5 but the hdmi out is slowing down the frame rate. Is there a way to fix this? from what I’ve seen i know this really isn’t a product to use with gamestreaming but i was playing around with it trying to figure out how to use it.
