thank you! i know its an older video. but, i have a gpd win 3 that got updated to windows 11 and it has been having intermittent issues connecting to a monitor through its dock. i tried the turn it off and back on but i hadnt tried an extended power off. it worked and i have my monitor back! thanks again!
