I had a great time doing this lap. Met the owner of the GR Yaris on the parking lot and asked him if he would like to go for a lap together. His car looked fantastic, and had lots of the mods I would do to mine if I was running on an unlimited budget. Still super satisfied with mine!

I have added to the video description as much information I had on both cars :)! If you are curious on the differences give it a read!

Amazing video and great driving as always! I think what could have also helped him mid corner and on exit is having traction control fully off, as it seemed to interfere quite a bit with you. The traction control unfortunately reingages at least partly if the tire pressure warning system goes off. Your driving skills and track knowledge would have definitely beat him😉 Keep up the great content and maybe I'll see you on the Nürburgring once :)

Tyres suspension and brakes first. Exhaust on its own does not bring much to the party.

Is this expert mode? See the traction control does interfere

Damn, Toyota would sell lot of these cars by giving people ride on them in there. I don't think they have any problems to sell these one's but still.

Just curious how much does it cost to drive 1 lap on the ring?

It must really suck to be passed by not one but two Yaris like you are a scared granny trying to get on the freeway! 😵‍💫 Passenger be like dude did we get passed by a Yaris?!?

IMO taking your hand off the wheel to shift has got to be the dumbest thing people do by choice. Not aimed at this driver but cars in general. I swapped manual for stick in my 86 Rabbit GTI when I was 17 because I knew I would rather have my hands free for anything other than shifting. Ha ha
