GR Yaris - How to Drive it properly 💪

🇯🇵 GR Yaris - we all want to drive it and lot of people claim it is the best car in the recent years. Performance tuners make a lot of money of off it and Toyota can't really keep up with the demand. Yes, this little fella became a living legend pretty fast and kick-started the amazing trajectory of the newly established Gazoo Racing sports division. With a car this famous, many myths about its' driving come as well. How should you drive it properly?

What a display of skill! Not sure if the road is as slippery as it looks, but I am surprised how well the Yaris catches the slide in such tight corners. AWD worth its weight in gold here!

Tommi Mäkinen, like everyone else involved in the R&D of this car, would be proud watching you driving that way. As many other people who commented here, these are some awesome skills. A foot cam would have indeed helped a lot in enhancing our understanding as to how this car should be driven/"abused" properly :)

Wow, like others have said, what an incredibly display of skill! The first drift around the bend and the 180 literally gave me goose bumps, haha. But, what I don't understand is, why don't we see car chases filmed like this in the movies? There is no music, no unnatural sounds, there are no cuts to make the footage look more exciting than it is... it looks fun, exciting and awesome because it IS fun, exciting and awesome. Keep up the good work and living the good life :D

This is this dude’s road. He probably drives it all the time. Knowing a road like that is such a sick feeling. That e-brake pull to do it reverse was satisfying.

Wow!! insane driving skills, the car is perfect, it's not a huge monster but it seems so balanced and healthy, drift exits almost feel surreal, the way it eases into grip... great pov
