Great video Adam. Will try his on the practice range. Always learn something from your videos.

awesome, love the comparison between sports, the movement is similar in idea with obvious key differences, a good teaching tool to think about the golf swing more abstractedly.

Hi Adam from England. Another great video, thank you. This is something I don't feel I do well, so lose some speed because of it. The simple drill using the hybrid will help with practice. Please keep up the great content.

Another brilliant video from AB. Any plans for a SoCal golf camp?? Would love to work with you directly.

Hi Adam I can get alot more clubhead speed springing up however I then tend to thin shots. How do you get the balance right? Thanks

If you are pushing up with your lower body, how is it you don't top or hit your fairway woods thin?

This is great! However I find myself squatting on the backswing instead of right before my downswing. I’ll keep working on it in a mirror…thanks!!!

Yeah that feeling of no control is very off-putting, so this is around grip pressure? Which does change as the swing progresses. I don't use the ground much at all, except at times I'll preload weight into lead side leg, never done the jump up thing, that does look tricky while keeping the finish in balance.
